The Road to Manhood - Year 5

Wednesday September 28, 2005

After breakfast Colin decides to work on his construction vehicle book. Brianna decides to organize the bookshelf, pulling all of the books off in the process.

She is quickly overwhelmed by how many books there are now to put away, and the conversation goes like this:

Brianna: Colin, help me put these books away.
Colin:
Brianna: Colin, help me put these books away!
Colin: No
Brianna: Colin! help me or I’m telling
Colin: No, This is what I chose to do, you chose to do that!
Brianna: You need to be a man and help me.
Colin:

Brianna: Didn’t Dad show you how to be a man and help out?
Colin:

Brianna: I’m going to tell then

Brianna comes to us and says, “Dad, you need to teach Colin how to be a man. He’s not listening to a word I say.”

My response: “Sounds like he’s on the right track then!”

    Brian,

If this is the Brian I once worked with, I am trying to get in touch with you. You phone me at MediSync right before I left. I would like to follow-up with you on that software as well as see if you are interested in writing some scripts for me.

    Oh, and Happy belated birthday!
